MAIN FOCUS (FIVE POINT PROGRAM)

At AIMS Medical Billing our main focus is :

• Claim must be sent within 48 hrs of receipt of its details.
• All invalidations and/or rejection reports must be dealt with within 24 hrs of receiving.
• Every claim be tracked at least once in a month till it is completed.
• Claims with no response or pending with carriers for more than a month must be followed up till resolved.
• EOB must immediately be posted.
